Situation

The Hitachi Group aims to become a global leader in social innovation business. To achieve this goal, Hitachi developed a diverse range of human capital and created an organization to facilitate innovation. In Japan, Hitachi adopted a “job-based human capital management” that visualizes work duties and human capital to assign the right people to the right positions according to the motivation and capabilities of each individual and has started providing LXP for upskilling and reskilling.
