Situation
Amazon is a global online retail company and a major employer in the United States. As part of its L&D initiatives, it pioneered the Amazon Career Choice program to help its employees succeed, especially those who work on the frontline. Career Choice decided to include English Language Learning (ELL) in its program offerings to respond to the needs of its diverse workforce.
